Skye Half Marathon went well, L2BH supplied T Shirts/info leaflets. Julian presented prizes.
Fundraising going well – donations from North End Reunion, Three Peaks Chllenge, Magnus Platform, Plockton Hostel, Funeral of Mr Alec Michie, Calafornia Shinty sixes, West Highland Way and Runrig sale of guitar.
Review of defibs/cabinets in Stock and where they were to be situated. 12 defibs to go out over the next 6 months or so. Order had been placed for G5 training and community defibs and 4 new type outdoor cabinets with the L2BH logo.
Tarscavaig community had received training. Neil/Andrew to arrange future training/refresher training. 13 Heartstart Skye Trainers at the moment.
Website use still good. Defib map and database had been updated.
Proposals for new logo (based on our existing one but in a suitable form for printers to use) were discussed and agreed.
A draft agreement to be signed by communities and L2BH was agreed and will be taken along to future training when defibs are provided in communities. It will also be placed on the website.
7 community leaflets now completed, rest being worked on. Template and examples to be placed on website.
Camanachd Association Development Officers received Hearstart Training. Kingussie and Newtonmore teams will be first to get training and defib.
